I had a smooth check-in. The staff assisted me with local information and transport options. The location is very accessible to the city center using public transport. The tropical setting of the resort impressed me!

the street noise was TERRIBLE. my room faced a busy road. i had trouble sleeping. also, the on-site parking was very LIMITED. i had to park on the street, and it didn't feel very safe at night. this was a big DISAPPOINTMENT.

the room was a king room pool view and it was very clean and spacious. the balcony had a view directly onto one of the pools (i spent most afternoons there).
